All of our employees add talent to the process by which we operate. Those that succeed have a conscience to do the right thing for the right reasons. Safety is always job #1 and working well together means being aware of your surroundings and each other.
At any one time, we may have over 1,200 jobs in process in house. Yes, we are busy. Most importantly, we cannot waste time, or materials. We need to always be mindful to use time wisely and be aware and alert to the quality and care we build into our products and our own abilities to perform well each and every day.
When in doubt ask! We “measure twice and cut once” as they say in the industry. Our employees understand what they are doing, how to do the job and why do the job right, the first time. There is an extensive on the job training program to help build good work habits and foster a healthy and communicative and successful environment. It is not always a fit for everyone, however it is a rewarding and challenging career for many.
